Chapter 1: The Quest for Sleep and Clarity
Recently, I embarked on a journey to find a remedy for my insomnia and persistent mental fog. After sharing my struggles with sleepless nights a few weeks ago (I’ll provide a link to that post later), I decided to explore options that would help me relax at night while enhancing my focus during the day.
