To combat this, I've become more conscious of my habits and strive to avoid phone distractions during TV time. It's crucial to assess our behaviors and identify areas for improvement. As humans, true multitasking is a myth; splitting our focus leads to a loss of presence.

Here are some habits you can adopt for a more fulfilling life:

Our brains are designed for generating ideas, not storing them. As a writer, I often have flashes of inspiration at unpredictable moments—while walking, completing chores, or settling down for the night. If I don't jot these thoughts down quickly, they fade away.

It's beneficial to document not just ideas, but also your to-do lists and random thoughts. I sometimes write letters to myself, which helps release my feelings and provides a sense of relief.

Make it a point to soak up some sunlight early each day. I enjoy stepping onto my balcony or taking a brief outdoor walk. The warmth of the sun feels comforting, much like a nature-infused hug.

Sunlight elevates your mood, boosts energy, and improves sleep quality. It also provides essential vitamin D, which is vital for bone health and immune function. So, seize those sunny moments!
